Hummus from scratch
Equipment
- Instapot
Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked garbanzo beans (I used Instapot to cook my dry garbanzo beans 2 cups dry yield 5 cups cooked.
- 1 ½ Use 1 1/2 cups of the garbanzo juice
- 6 cloves large garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put all in powerful ninja blender except tahini on fast blend
- then add tahini blend until its smooth you may need to add water taste and adjust to how you like it
