Hummus from scratch

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups cooked garbanzo beans (I used Instapot to cook my dry garbanzo beans 2 cups dry yield 5 cups cooked.
  • 1 ½ Use 1 1/2 cups of the garbanzo juice
  • 6 cloves large garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all in powerful ninja blender except tahini on fast blend
  • then add tahini blend until its smooth you may need to add water taste and adjust to how you like it
