This gravy tastes so much like the real thing that you could serve it and not tell people its vegan!
Vegan Poultry Gravy
This gravy can be used with any poultry dish. I used it in my Thanksgiving Turkey dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegan Better Than Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tbsp Veganista Poultry Spice
- 3 tbsp Starch, can be tapioca, corn, etc.
- 3 cups water
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms (I like King)
Instructions
- Sauté and caramelize onions and mushrooms
- Add spices and cook another minute
- Put mixture in food processor and mix well
- Return to pan and add water starch mixture
- Bring to a boil over high heat and stir until thickend
- Add salt and pepper to taste
