Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz impossible meat
  • 12 oz beyond meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped fine in food processor
  • Salt and pepper cumin paprika.
  • Mix all well set aside
  • STUFFING
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup broccoli cut small
  • medium potato cut small cubes.
  • one onion cut small cubes.
  • Tahini Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Tahini
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cups water
  • fresh or dry oregano
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • salt to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Spread the mix on parchment paper to size of glass pan
  • Spread the vegetables over it sprinkle salt pepper sumac (you can leave it if you don’t have sumac) and olive oil then roll it make sure the sides tight
  • sprinkle on it smoked paprika and arrange it in the pan
  • cover and bake on 450° F for 30 minutes .
  • then pour the sauce over it and bake 10 more minutes.

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Cook until boiling
