VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut/almond flour 50/50
  • 1 cup organic unbleached flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Natzo butter or peanut butter
  • 3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoon vanilla
  • 6 tablespoons tapioca starch must use this
  • 1/2 cup coconut Sugar
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 375° F
  • Line pan with parchment paper
  • Add all wet ingredients and the nuts butte whisk until smooth.
  • Add all ingredients stir until it becomes a sticky and thick dough and keep mixing by hand until it becomes moist.
  • Make small balls the size you like press it in your palms and press down the walnut pieces and keep the chips inside.
  • Bake 10 minutes let cool 15 minutes.
