VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut/almond flour 50/50
- 1 cup organic unbleached flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup Natzo butter or peanut butter
- 3 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons tapioca starch must use this
- 1/2 cup coconut Sugar
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375° F
- Line pan with parchment paper
- Add all wet ingredients and the nuts butte whisk until smooth.
- Add all ingredients stir until it becomes a sticky and thick dough and keep mixing by hand until it becomes moist.
- Make small balls the size you like press it in your palms and press down the walnut pieces and keep the chips inside.
- Bake 10 minutes let cool 15 minutes.
