Vegan Pumpkin Pie Strudel

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 3 cups fresh baked pumpkin can is ok
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cloves or nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Method:
  • Melt butter and spices
  • Add to the remaining ingredients keeping small chunks not mashed.
  • Cut each pastry sheet to 4 sections,
  • Add the stuffing and pecans over it.
  • Rub the pastry with starch and water to hold it to close.
  • Bake on 375° F for 20 minutes ( depending on your oven) then just broil to light brown (watch the oven ).
  • Serve hot or cold you can add whip cream too if like you can also reheat.
