Turnips

Red Beet

Salt
1 1/2
cup
Water
1/4
cup
White Vinegar
Instructions
Cut turnips and beets to the size you like to use for dipping
Mix together the cut beets, water and salt
Add the vinegar to the jar
Add half the turnips to the jar, followed by some beets, then the remaining turnips and beets in layers
Let them sit on the counter for 3-4 days and then enjoy!
