- 12 oz impossible meat
- 12 oz beyond meat
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 cloves garlic chopped fine in food processor
- Salt and pepper cumin paprika.
- Mix all well set aside
- STUFFING
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup broccoli cut small
- medium potato cut small cubes.
- one onion cut small cubes.
- Tahini Ingredients
- 1 Cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 cups water
- fresh or dry oregano
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- salt to taste.
Spread the mix on parchment paper to size of glass pan
Spread the vegetables over it sprinkle salt pepper sumac (you can leave it if you don’t have sumac) and olive oil then roll it make sure the sides tight
sprinkle on it smoked paprika and arrange it in the pan
cover and bake on 450° F for 30 minutes .
then pour the sauce over it and bake 10 more minutes.
